We will then contact you (normally within 24 hours) to give you a confirmation of both dates and costs. We'll then ask you to forward a deposit of 25&#37; for each person in the group (typically around &pound;60 for a Long Weekend booking) to hold the booking. The full balance is due six weeks before arrival; we will send you a reminder around eight weeks before arrival, although if you're making a late booking, we'll obviously need full payment.
